Mission 010: D Series Rocket Bluejay Model 1 Experimental

OOPS Scientist wanted more Gravioli data. So the engineers designed and built the D Series Bluejay 1 rocket.

However at the last moment the OOPS Experimental Division required that new illuminators be tested in space. So like most thing they were slapped on the rocket in pairs. Bluejay 1 X was born.

The launch went smooth and nothing out of the ordinary happen. Mission Control did notice that as the craft got higher the control surface ability to correct the craft's course become diminished. The as Bluejay 1 X entered space the surfaces were useless. Even using the engines, the craft was uncontrollable. Although Bluejay 1 X made it to 94 km above Kerbin, another method of control would be needed if OOPS is going to get a craft into orbit..

Once again a craft that was expected to explode during reentry crash into Kerbin. OOPS engineers are puzzled by this but vow to find out how to get ship safely back to Kerbin
